Library Collective  - over  2000 books catalogued online!    

The library collective meets on alternate Thursdays from 8.00 - 10.00 - activities included the never-ending book-cataloguing mission, general conversation, planning events (in previous years the Library Collective have co-ordinated May Day celebrations, for example) and films.

Check the event listings here to see which Thursday is meeting day.

If you're specifically interested in the books we have you can come along on a Thursday (though, if there's a film on, the lights may be out)...

You can browse the books physically by turning up on a Saturday* (12.00 - 5.00 and having a look round - call first to check we're open).

It's basically a data-entry task at this point, using the LibraryThing application which allows multiple log-ins to the database so it need not be a desperately solitary task as was once the case.
